Kathleen Jones, M.Ed, BC-HIS, Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner

A proud owner of Professional Audiology Clinic Ltd. since 2001, Kathleen was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree and holds a Masters degree in Education Psychology in Deafness studies from the University of Alberta. Kathleen also earned a diploma from the Hearing Aid Practitioners program at Grant MacEwan Commuity College.

Both Kathleen and her young daughter are hearing impaired, which adds a unique depth to her understanding and compassion for the needs of others who are overcoming their hearing loss. With special interests in pediatric hearing aid fittings and adult rehabilitation, Kathleen strives to uphold the highest standard of clinical care. Her goal is to help both adults and children live a fulfilling life with the hearing that they have.

In her spare time Kathleen enjoys yoga, swimming, biking and spending time with friends and family.

Amber Roberts

Amber Roberts, M.Sc, AuD, FAAA, R.Aud, Aud(C)

Amber completed her Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry's School of Audiology in April 2008 and graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Master of Science in Audiology in 2004. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Alberta. Amber has been working at Professional Audiology Clinic since 2004 and is now a co-owner. She enjoys both diagnostics and rehabilitation with all populations - from pediatric to adult. In particular, she finds joy in helping patients realize their full hearing potential.

Amber's interest in audiology stems from her personal experience. As a child, she was diagnosed with hearing loss and has been wearing hearing aids in both ears since the age of three. Amber enjoyed visiting her audiologist as a child and as a result, does her utmost to ensure that all of her patients feel the same way when coming to Professional Audiology Clinic Ltd.

In her spare time she enjoys playing baseball, volleyball, playing the piano, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Meredith Magathan Haluschak

Meredith Magathan Haluschak, MS, CCC-A, FAAA, ABA, R. Aud, Clinical Audiologist

Meredith has been working with hearing-impaired individuals as an audiologist in Edmonton for 24 years, and has also practiced in Colorado and California. She earned a Masters degree in Science (Audiology) from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta. Meredith enjoys caring for all ages and range of patients and has experience in acute and rehabilitation hospital care, and private practice. She has particular interest in pediatric diagnostics, newborn and early childhood hearing loss and has published research papers in these areas.

Meredith joined Professional Audiology Clinic Ltd. in 2006 and enjoys being part of an educated, qualified clinical team that ensures all patients receive the highest standard of personalized, state-of-the-art hearing health care in a welcoming setting.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, yoga, SCUBA diving with her family, reading, running and volunteering.
